United Motorsports Academy is Asia's first technical motorsport academy that launched India's first motorsport careers pathway program called Launchpad for Indian Motorsport Engineers (L.I.M.E)

Process
In their 1 odd year of operations, UMA has pulled miracles out of a bag with a ragtag team of 4-5. Their student experience, partner experience, and their ability to identify the right talent to place into top motorsports is widely respected. However, in their second year of operations of LIME, UMA was looking for growth and eventual scale.
